Our Story
As former CHRO (Babak) and Head of Talent Acquisition (Michelle), these two combined their strengths to start their own “culture-based search firm” with a unique approach that drives long-term results. They are experts who know how to assess an organization’s current culture and find the right leader(s) to either reinforce the current one or lead a transformation.
Babak and Michelle started out as in-house recruiters in various technology companies, hiring entire functions from C-level onwards. As recruitment advanced and evolved over time, they learned that talent alone is not the driving factor for success; it’s culture!
It’s the leadership that owns and shapes culture. Leaders set the tone and behaviors from the top. The right combination of leaders will set up the organization for long-term durability and success.
